As a basketball star that has been compared to none other than Michael Jordan, LeBron James is definitely deserving of his fame. And as we all know, with fame often comes wealth!
LeBron James’ estimated worth is over 500 million, so the man can definitely afford to be wearing some of the most expensive watches in the world. And in some cases, he is just given them in sponsorship deals!
Not bad when a watch he wears can be worth a quarter of a million dollars.
Which watches does LeBron James own and wear? Let’s find out.

LeBron James joined Audemars Piguet as a brand ambassador back in 2011. And as an avid watch collector, he is certainly the right man for the job. And right off the bat, Audemars Piguet created a $50,000 watch together with LeBron.
It is a limited edition of 600 pieces, featuring LeBron James’ LBJ signature printed right on the caseback sapphire crystal in blue. Of course, that is not all there is to this self-winding chronograph. It has 3 sub-dials, with a small seconds at 12 o’clock. The case is made from 18-carat pink gold and the bezel is titanium. The dial has a unique Méga Tapisserie pattern with the accented pink gold hands and applied Arabic numerals.
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak “Black Panther” Ref. 26620IO.OO.D077CA.01

Audemars Piguet made a limited edition Black Panther watch together with Marvel, in what is to be a series of character watches. Valued at over $150,000 this watch is a marvel of both engineering and materials.
It features a sculpted white gold Black Panthar curved around the top of the dial. A stunning Tourbillon at the usual 6 o’clock. And all of that is wrapped n a 42mm sandblasted titanium case with an eye-watering purple rubber strap to match.
Patek Philippe 6102R Celestial
Another watch worth nearly a quarter of a million dollars is just a drop in the ocean for LeBron James. The Patek Philippe 6102R Celestial is a piece of art that displays not only time, but also phases of the moon amongst other things. The dial has black sapphire glass and the case is made from rose gold. The strap is black alligator leather to top off the class that oozes from this expensive timepiece.
Rolex Day-Date II
LeBron James has been wearing Rolexes for a while now and the Rolex Day-Day II is one that people have seen on his arm from early on in his career.
It is an 18k gold version of the Rolex Day-Date II with a black dial that of course displays both the date, at 3 o’clock, and the day in a larger window at 12 o’clock. This watch has the typical fluted bezel and cyclops magnifier on the date window that Rolex is known for, along with gold roman numerals on the dial.
Rolex Sky-Dweller
Another infamous Rolex that LeBron has been seen flashing about is an 18 gold Rolex Sky-Dweller. A watch designed to be worn by a traveler.
The Sky-Dweller features an off-centre disc for setting and reading the reference time in 24-hour format. The local time is then read using standard center hands. This is another way representation of a so-called GMT watch.
Rolex Yacht-Master II
As a traveler who is always changing up which watch he wears, LeBron James of course has a Rolex Yacht-Master II to go on his wrist. he was seen wearing this particular watch while in the crown of the 2016 Rams-Seahawks game in LA.
But LeBron won’t wear just any old Yacht-Master, it has to be 18k yellow gold. This watch is quite unique in its timekeeping because it is actually a regatta chronograph. That means it can do countdowns for races (like Yacht races) via the moveable Cerachrom bezel and the various dial markers and sub-dial.
Richard Mille RM 11-03

Another unusual and very expensive watch seen on the wrist of LeBron James is the Richard Mille 11-03 automatic flyback chronograph. He has been seen wearing various models and colors of the brand. One such watch is the RM 011 Felipe Massa, which has the same shaped case, but a little bit different style. Of course, it also retails for a few hundred Gs, so there’s that too!
The RM 11-03 watch from Richard Mille features various parts made from Grade 5 Titanium and features a flyback chronograph that automatically resets to zero. It was created to be used on the racetrack but looks just as at home on a basketball star’s wrist.
