Casio are not know for their expensive high-end watches, so it is surprising to learn that they produce very expensive G Shock watches.

Sure, G Shocks are not their cheapest watches by any means. But, if you know Casio G-Shock, we are talking tens to hundreds of dollars at the most.

The most expensive G-Shock watch is often different every year because Casio releases limited editions at the Basel World watch fair in Switzerland each year.

MRG-G2000GA

One example of this from 2019 which has a list price of $7400 is the G Shock MRG-G2000GA. It is inspired by a traditional Japanese sword, made from recrystallized titanium and comes in a limited edition of only 300 pieces.

There are also a range of G-Shock watches in the thousands of dollars that are available all year round and are not limited in any way.

The series numbers usually starts with G Shock MR-G or MT-G. And, you can actually find some of the models easily available on Amazon.

A seriously affordable MT-G from Casio, this G Shock is still as stunning as the seven grand models, but for a fraction of the price.

It also has solar power and bluetooth, but the big savings come in the materials because it doesn’t use special coatings or titanium.

G-Shock MRG-B1000B-1A

Another more expensive MR-G Casio G-Shock, this baby will cost you at least a few grand. It has GPS, Bluetooth, and Radio, as well as solar, so you don’t have to worry about a regular battery change.

It also comes with an anti-reflective sapphire glass, which you would expect at this price point.
